Step 1: Access the Login Page

Navigate to the Login Page
  • Open your web browser
  • Go to: http://localhost/ktims/login.php
  • Or click "Login" from the main page

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Use provide Credentials
๐Ÿ“ง Email: your email
๐Ÿ”‘ Password: set the strong password

Note: These are the default administrator credentials. You should change these after first login for security.

Step 3: Complete Login Process

Login and Verify Access
  1. Enter the email and password in the login form
  2. Click the "Login" button
  3. You will be redirected to the main dashboard
  4. Verify you can see the navigation menu and dashboard content

The navigation menu appears on every page and includes:

  • Quick access to all main features
  • User information display (email and role)
  • Logout option

Step 1: Access Add Teachers Page

Navigate to Add Teachers
  • From the dashboard, click "๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿซ Add Teachers"
  • This option is only available for Admin users
  • You'll see the teacher registration form

Step 2: Fill Teacher Information

Complete Required Fields

Fill in all required information:

  • Full Name: Teacher's complete name
  • Email: Valid email address (must be unique)
  • Phone: Contact phone number
  • Subject: Teaching subject/specialty
  • School: Assigned school name
  • Password: Initial login password

Step 3: Submit and Verify

Save Teacher Record
  1. Double-check all entered information
  2. Click "Add Teacher" button
  3. Wait for confirmation message
  4. Verify the teacher appears in the teacher list
